Orders
For handling reasons, the vinyl records can only be ordered through the Internet. Phone or fax orders can not be accepted. Also, we can not answer any customer requests over the phone. However, you can communicate your wishes to us by email or any records you are looking for, and we will be happy to answer you and let you know the status of our research for you. For this purpose and in order for us to fulfill your order, it is necessary that you register on our website, so that we can put you on our client database.
For security reasons, no information, such as username or password, is given over the phone. You can do this directly on our website.
Shipping and delivery
The delivery times can vary, depending on the availability of ordered items. In any case, you will be notified.
A delay in delivery will never lead to a price reduction.
Deliveries of viny records will be performed from Monday through Saturday (except during holidays).
Deliveries will be made by priority mail for Switzerland and by economy registered mail for all other countries.
Exchange of merchandise
The exchange or return of vinyl records is not possible. For any exceptions, please see « claims ». We can not guarantee that all merchandise will meet your expectations. In case of doubt, do not hesitate to collect information prior to ordering.
Guarantee / Responsability
Claims for damaged merchandise can be made within 8 days. If it appears that the damage on the merchandise occured through mishandling by the buyer, we will be charging all costs related to the replacement delivery.
General information
Our wish is to provide you with a service which will always be fully satisfactory to you. In addition you can benefit from loyal general conditions. We only deliver quality products which correspond to their description.

Pricing policy
The VAT is already included in our prices.
Our shipping costs are calculated in order to avoid additional fees.
While you order you can verify the shipping costs, which are added automatically.
We are entitled to accept or refuse any order.
In order to guarantee prices which are in alignement to those on the market, we update our prices on a regular basis.
Data protection
Vinyl Nostalgia keeps only necessary data and exclusively uses it for the purpose of the order and in view of facilitating purchases or regular clients.
Claims
The exchange of merchandise only possible if we delivered the wrong item or if a damage occurred which was not mentioned in the description of the item. If applicable, the invoice or delivery bulletin must be sent back together with the damaged merchandise. Without these documents your claim can not be processed. In case of damage which occurred during transportation, you must inform us within 48 hours, otherwise your right for a replacement free of charge of the item will be cancelled.
The return of the merchandise should be marked with the mention "return to sender" and can be placed in the next postal mail box, in which case no fee will be charged to you. This of course only applies to damaged merchandise or merchandise sent by error. As soon as we will have received the package, we will send you the article of replacement. We wish to emphasize that this procedure does not entitle you to cancel the order.
Delivery issues
In case you refuse to receive the delivered articles without any justification, you will be invoiced with the resulting fees; if refusal occurs repeatadly, your customer identification will be blocked.
Court of competent jurisdiction
Our activity is exclusively based on Swiss law. The Court of competent jurisdiction is Nyon/Switzerland.
We also have the right to file a complaint to your Court of competent jurisdiction. |
